The UBank UHomeLoan Fixed Rate Home Loan is only available to borrowers refinancing their current home loan. This fixed rate home loan allows you lock in a fixed rate of interest for 1, 3 or 5 years whilst enjoying many features including an interest only repayment option for people selecting an investment property loan.
Shield yourself from rising interest rates and choose your monthly repayment amounts for up to five years. After the five year period, the loan shifts to the standard variable rate which from UBank, is one of the lowest on the market.
