- You recognise accept and agree that this website is owned and operated by Hive Empire Pty Ltd ACN 118 785 121 (“Hive Empire Pty Ltd”) with Australian Credit License Number 361751. Hive Empire Pty Ltd is a member of the Credit Ombudsman Service Ltd with membership number M0006419. When you submit an inquiry regarding a loan application through this website, you accept the following terms and conditions of the use of this website.
- You recognise and accept that Hive Empire Pty Ltd ACN 118 785 121 (“the company”) is not a credit provider within the meaning of the terms of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2010 (Cth).
- You acknowledge and agree that the company does not conduct assessments of your suitability for a particular loan and makes no warranty, guarantee or representation, express or implied as to your suitability for any loan you apply for or your ability to repay it.
- You also acknowledge and agree that although the company collects your personal information and details and passes them to a credit provider who is registered as a holder of an Australian Credit License, the company does not use your personal information for any purpose other than what you have consented to through the acceptance of these terms and conditions. You waive any and all right to claim in respect of any breach of privacy, perceived or actual and acknowledge and agree that the company has conducted itself lawfully in respect of its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You acknowledge the existence of Hive Empire’s privacy policy detailed on the privacy policy page of this site and recognise that the company endeavors to implement and adhere to this policy wherever possible.
- You grant a full indemnity to the company in respect of any claim that may arise as result of a fraudulent or inaccurate loan application which is subsequently made as a result of contacting a credit provider through this website. You recognise, acknowledge and agree that you are entirely responsible for the information that you provide to a credit provider in the course of a loan application to ensure that this information is accurate, complete and without error and that a credit provider may hold you responsible if you do not provide them with accurate information about your financial circumstances when applying for a loan. You recognise accept and agree that when making a loan inquiry through this site, your ticking of the check box on the enquiry form constitutes a binding statement equivalent to your signature under ss.8 and 9 of the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth)
- You acknowledge and agree that that this website has not provided you with any form of professional, personal or general financial advice and that you will, where necessary, obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional in respect of your loan application. You acknowledge and agree that Hive Empire does not provide credit assistance through this website, it does not suggest that you apply for a particular credit card with a particular credit provider, and does not assist you to apply for a particular credit card with a particular credit provider.
- You acknowledge and agree that information on the website is only factual information about credit products or classes of products. It is not a statement of opinion or advice or a recommendation, express or implied. You acknowledge through the use of the website that you do not rely on the website as any form of professional or personal advice. You should seek the independent advice of an appropriate professional to verify your selection of a loan product.
- No claim is made as to the accuracy or authenticity of the content of the website.
