The NAB Portfolio Facility allows you to have up to 12 sub-accounts and at least one of the sub accounts must be under a variable interest rate.
- How much can you borrow. The NAB Portfolio Facility allows you to borrow up to 90% of the value of your property. However, if you would like to take out mortgage insurance you can borrow up to 90% of the value of your property.
- Fee exemptions. The NAB Portfolio Facility helps you save money by exempting you from a range of fees. The fees that may be exempt from the NAB Portfolio Facility are:
- ATM fees from using non-NAB and overseas ATMs;
- Day to day banking charges;
- And periodical payment fees.
- 100% interest offset. Interest offset account allow you to deposit your savings into the offset account. These funds in the offset account will then be taken into consideration when calculating the interest on your loan. Therefore the more money you have in the offset account the less you will be charged on interest. This feature is available with any NAB Portfolio Facility subaccount that has a variable interest rate.
