Benefits of Following NAB on Facebook

Posted February 24th, 2011 and last modified May 26th, 2011

If you are a NAB customer then you may want to follow the company on social networking sites. By following NAB on Twitter or on Facebook, you could find out breaking news, join in discussions with other customers and give your feedback on the services offered. Facebook is one of the most popular social networking sites and if you already have an account it couldn’t be easier to join http://www.facebook.com/nab.

The Benefits of Following NAB on Facebook

All you need to do to follow NAB on Facebook is to go to the page http://www.facebook.com/nab and click the like button. You will need to be signed in to do so. Once you do click like, you will automatically gain access to the page and all of its features.

There will be a weekly poll on the site where you get to cast a vote on a variety of different issues relating to the bank. The current poll asks when you would consider breaking up with your bank. There are 3 options to choose from and you simply select the one which would cause you the most concern. This feedback helps the banks to gather information about their consumers and what people want from their bank. The poll changes each week.

One of the best features on the page which most consumers prefer is the discussion section. This enables you to talk about all things NAB related. At the moment the top discussion going on includes the break up. This is basically where NAB separated from the other 3 major banks in Australia. It carried out a large marketing campaign that has really captured attention from the media as well as consumers.

You can have your say on the break up and your experiences with the bank through the discussions section. You can also view the break up advertisements if you have missed them by looking at the videos section on the page.

You can also find out basic information on the company if you are not currently a NAB customer. You will find out when the company was founded, a small overview of the services offered and general information such as opening times.

You can actually chat with the company through Facebook too. So if you have a question that you would like to be answered fairly quickly, this is one of the best methods to go through.

The wall on the page will give you information on the latest causes that the bank is supporting. It will also show you the latest news too. You can comment on the wall posts made by the company.

There are also links to YouTube and a video section where you can view advertisements that the company has so far produced.

Overall joining http://www.facebook.com/nab is a great way to discuss your views on the company with others. You can find out more about what is currently going on with the bank and you can ask them a question through secure messaging if needed. Why not take a look at the company’s Twitter page too to be kept fully up to date with everything?
