Aussie Mummy Bloggers with the X-Factor Awards: Some Day We Will Sleep
Name: Some Day We Will Sleep
Blog: http://somedaywewillsleep.com/

1. How long have you been blogging for?
I’ve been blogging for over 3 years now.
2. What made you decide to start your own blog?
I discovered personal blogs purely by accident and was immediately sucked in by the rawness and honesty they showed. I started my own a week or so later, to help me cope with the insanity of a baby who never, ever slept.
3. How do you enjoy to spend your time outside of blogging?
I read, a lot. I’d read a book a day if I had the time. I garden as well, I’m trying to grow as much of our own vegetables as possible, to help with our budget. I also breed muscovy ducks for the table.
4. How many children do you have?
I have 2 children, Amy who is 4 and Isaac who is 2.
5. What posts are you most proud of?

Not proud, so much as I enjoyed writing them and the response they got.
6. What do you enjoy blogging about most?
I enjoy writing humorous posts, but addressing current affairs and talking about blogging are good fun too.
7. What projects/articles are you currently working on?
I’m currently working as a MONA FOMA micro critic, using twitter and my blog to talk about the Museum of Old and New Art and the Festival of Music and Art being held down in Tassie over the next week or so.
8. What can we expect from your blog in 2011?
More articles on current events, breakdowns of blogging trends and culture, as well as humorous stuff about dealing with autistic children, in a neurotypical world.
